Thanks to a low-pH formula with purifying botanicals, this toner refreshes, soothes, and softens skin. This mildly acidic toner with Jeju mineral water, white willow bark water, and apple water effectively removes dead skin cells from the surface of the skin to leave it soft and smooth.
